MCA Allows Companies to Hold Video Extraordinary General Meetings - (09 Apr 2020)

COMPANY

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has allowed companies to hold extraordinary general meetings through videoconferencing or other audio-visual means and allowed voting on business resolutions via e-voting or the registered email of shareholders.
