SC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Release of Detainees in Assam Foreigners' Detention Centres - (08 Apr 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has issued notice to Centre and Assam Government on a plea seeking the release of persons who have spent more than two years in the foreigners' detention centers in Assam.
