Allahabad HC Extends 12 Months Period for Disposal of Arbitral Proceedings - (06 Apr 2020)

ARBITRATION

Allahabad High Court has extended the 12 months period stipulated under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the final award in matters other than international commercial arbitration.
