SC Passes Guidelines on Modalities Surrounding Videoconference Hearings During Lockdown - (06 Apr 2020)

Supreme Court has directed that National Informatics Centre that State officials be appointed to liaise with and support State High courts in order to set up modalities surrounding hearings via videoconferencing during COVID-19 lockdown.
