SC Seeks Centre's Response on Plea Challenging Government Advisory of COVID Testing at Rs 4500 - (06 Apr 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has directed the Central Government's to file its response in a plea challenging the Government advisory fixing coronavirus testing facilities at Rs 4500 across private laboratories and hospitals.
