Ministry of Commerce directs DPIIT to Expedite Funds for COVID-19 Related Startup Ideas - (03 Apr 2020)

CIVIL

Ministry of Commmerce and Industry has directed Department for Promotion of Industry and International Trade to expedite the proposals of start-up ideas dealing with various aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic along with Small industrial Development Bank of India which has to frontload funds from the Funds of Funds to support start-ups as they raise the issues of liquidity crunch, manpower and cash flows.
