AAR, Karnataka: 12% GST Applicable on Street Lighting Activity, Not Eligible for Exemption - (03 Apr 2020)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Karnataka has ruled that a 12% goods and services tax is applicable to street lighting activity and is not eligible for exemption.
