SC Seeks Government Response on Doctor’s PPE Plea for Medical Fraternity - (02 Apr 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has asked the Government to respond to a doctor’s plea for a Court direction to the Government to urgently step up and issue World Health Organization-approved personal protection equipment to the medical fraternity throughout the country to protect themselves from being infected by COVID-19.
