P&H HC Upholds Chandigarh Admin's Decision to Allow Opening of Shops Selling Essential Goods - (30 Mar 2020)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld the decision taken by the administration of Chandigarh Union Territory on 27th March, 2020 to allow the opening of shops selling essential items from 10 am to 6 pm amid COVID-19 pandemic.
