Delhi HC: Environmental Compensation Can't be Imposed Without Giving Notice to Violator - (27 Mar 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Delhi High Court has asked the Central Pollution Control Board to reconsider its decision against Public Works Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, observing that an order imposing environmental costs cannot be passed without giving prior notice to the alleged violator.
