Karnataka HC Issues Guideliness for E-Filing and Use of Video Conferencing Facility - (26 Mar 2020)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has issued guidelines for e-filing and use of video conferencing facility which can be used by members of the Bar, in all Districts Courts, across the State. The e-filing facility is in addition to the manual filing facility available.
