Finance Ministry Raises Threshold for Triggering Insolvency - (24 Mar 2020)

INSOLVENCY

Finance Ministry has announced special relief packages for companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by raising the existing threshold of Rs 1 Lakh for triggering insolvency to Rs 1 Crore.
