SC Directs Government to Free Prisoners on Bail/Parole - (24 Mar 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has ordered all States and Union Territories to take steps to release those convicts and undertrials on parole or bail who have not been convicted or accused of heinous crimes.
