Delhi High Court Allows Relief for Change of Name in Boards Certificate - (23 Mar 2020)

Delhi High Court has directed the Central Board of Secondary Education to accommodate the special needs of orphans and homeless children to claim their actual identities on attaining maturity in its examination bye-laws.
