SC Stays Orders of Kerala & Allahabad HCs Restraining Centre from Recovering Tax - (20 Mar 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has stayed the general orders passed by the High Courts of Allahabad and Kerala which restrained the Centre from recovering revenue dues such as Goods and Services Tax and Income Tax till 6th April, 2020.
