SC Dismisses Applications Challenging Karnataka Govt. Steps to Implement Reservation - (20 Mar 2020)

Supreme Court has dismissed as not maintainable the miscellaneous Applications challenging the directions and clarifications issued by the Karnataka Government in implementing the Karnataka Extension of Consequential Seniority to Government Servants Promoted on the Basis of Reservations (to the Posts in the Civil Services of the State) Act, 2018.
