SC Dismisses Final Plea of Convicts in Nirbhaya Gang-rape Case to Stay Execution - (20 Mar 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has dismissed the final plea of the convicts in the Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case challenging the rejection of mercy Petition of Pawan Gupta by the President in a special midnight hearing.
