Madras HC Sets Aside Police Order Denying Permission for Anti-CAA Protest Meet - (19 Mar 2020)

CIVIL

Madras High Court has set aside an order passed by Superintendent of Police, Trichy (Rural) which denied permission for a public protest meeting against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019. The Court, however, has not granted permission to conduct a protest.
