Bombay HC: Deduction Not Claimed Earlier Can be Claimed During Proceeding - (18 Mar 2020)

Bombay High Court has held that the deduction which is not claimed earlier can be claimed during the proceeding under Section 151A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
