Delhi HC Directs SIT to Complete Investigation in Plea Seeking Inquiry into Banking Fraud - (18 Mar 2020)

Delhi High Court has directed the Special Investigation Team to conclude investigation into banking frauds as expeditiously as possible and in all circumstances, within six months.
