SC Issues Notice on BJP Leaders' Plea for Floor Test in Madhya Pradesh Assembly - (17 Mar 2020)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has issued notice on the Writ Petition filed by Bhartiya Janatha Party leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan and nine other Bharatiya Janta Party Members of Legislative Assemblies seeking immediate floor test for proving the majority of Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh assembly.
