SC Dismisses Ex-J&K Minister Abdul Ghani Kohli's Plea in Forest Land Encroachment Case - (13 Mar 2020)

Supreme Court has dismissed a Plea by former Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) minister Abdul Ghani Kohli against the order of J&K High Court in encroachment case against educational institutions owned and run by his family on the forest land in village Nowabad of Sunjwan in Jammu.
