Rajya Sabha Approves Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2020 - (13 Mar 2020)

INSOLVENCY

Rajya Sabha has passed amendments to the insolvency law in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2020 that will help ring-fence successful bidders of insolvent companies from risk of criminal proceedings for offences committed by previous promoters.
