ITAT, Delhi: No Income Tax on Compensation Received on Compulsory Acquisition of Agricultural Land - (12 Mar 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that income tax cannot be levied on the compensation or enhanced compensation received on compulsory acquisition of the agricultural land.
