AAR, West Bengal Affirms Newtown Kolkata Development Authority as ‘Local Authority’ - (11 Mar 2020)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), West Bengal has affirmed that Newtown Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA) is a ‘Local Authority’ and is entitled to the benefit of the exemption on the services.
