Bombay High Court Directs SEBI to Inquire Role of FTIL in NSEL Payment Fraud - (13 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has directed Security and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) to inquire role of Financial Technologies India Limited(FTIL) in Rs. 5574 crore payment fraud in National Spot Exchange Limitd (NSEL).
