Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Removal of Fake News from Social Media Platforms - (11 Mar 2020)

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Central Government and platforms like Google, Facebook and Twitter in a plea seeking removal of hate speeches and fake news that are being circulated on various social media platforms.
