SC Refuses to Entertain PIL Seeking Guidelines for Registration of Sedition Criminal Cases - (06 Mar 2020)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation petition, which sought guidelines for registration of criminal cases for sedition under Section 124A of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
