Bombay High Court Dismisses Kocchar Plea Against Firing from ICICI - (06 Mar 2020)

Bombay High Court has dismissed the Petition of Chanda Kocchar challenging the validity of her 2019 termination for cause stating that the termination of the Petitioner was in the realm of the contractual relationship.
