Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking On the Spot Compounding of Traffic Challans - (05 Mar 2020)

Delhi High Court has issued notices to Delhi Government, Commissioner of Delhi Police, and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways in a plea seeking on the spot compounding of traffic challans under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
