Bombay High Court Allows ED to Auction Nirav Modi’s Paintings - (05 Mar 2020)

Bombay High Court has allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to carry on with its 5th March, 2020 auction of paintings of Nirav Modi, including rare paintings of M F Hussain and Manjit Bawa that belong to Rohit Trust.
