SC Directs Delhi HC to Fast-Track Hearing on PILs in Hate Speech Case - (05 Mar 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has asked Delhi High Court to fast-track hearing on public interest litigations seeking registration of First Information Reports against Bharatiya Janata Party functionaries Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur and Parvesh Verma for making allegedly inflammatory speeches which caused riots in Delhi.
