CESTAT, Chennai: CCTV Charged at Rate of 15% Basic Customs Duty - (04 Mar 2020)

Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Chennai has ruled that the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras would be assessed at the rate of 15% Basic Customs Duty (BCD) and would be classified under the head ‘Others’.
