Gujarat HC Dismisses Petition of Judicial Officer for Reinstatement, Quashing Investigation - (07 Jan 2016)

Gujarat High Court has dismissed petition of a suspended principal civil judge who had sought reinstatement and quashing of departmental inquiry against him.
