National Anti- Profiteering Authority Imposes Penalty on Samsung India - (03 Mar 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

National Anti- Profiteering Authority has levied a penalty of Rs 37.85 Lakhs on Samsung India for not passing on the benefits of lower Goods and Services Tax rate on to consumers on television models.
