SC Dismisses Rajeev Chandrasekhar's Challenge Against Karnataka High Court Order - (02 Mar 2020)

Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by Member of Parliament, Rajeev Chandrasekhar challenging the order of the Karnataka High Court directing him to pay Rs 50 Crore to Industrial Finance Corporation of India Limited.
