Madras HC: Solitary Allegation of Intemperate Language Against Female Employee Not Sexual Harassment - (28 Feb 2020)

Madras High Court has held that solitary allegation of intemperate language against a female employee does not constitute an offence under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
