Karnataka High Court Grants Interim Stay on CCI Probe into Flipkart - (28 Feb 2020)

Karnataka High Court has passed an interim order staying the Competition Commission of India’s probe into Flipkart over alleged malpractices including predatory pricing and preferred treatment to selected sellers.
