ITAT, Mumbai: Income From Cloud Hosting Services not Taxable Under ‘Royalty’ - (27 Feb 2020)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai has ruled that, Income from Cloud Hosting Services not Taxable under the head ‘Royalty’ within the meaning of explanation (2) to Section 9(1) (vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
