National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Rejects Insolvency Plea Against Sintex Infra - (24 Feb 2020)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed the Lloyd Insulations India Ltd’s plea to initiate proceedings against Sintex Prefab and Infra Ltd., observing that there was a pre-existence of a dispute between the parties.
