CCI: Syringemaker, Hospital Gouging Patients - (06 Jan 2016)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has found Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj and Becton Dickson India Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of disposable syringes, prima facie guilty of colluding to sell disposal syringes from hospital's in house pharmacy at double the open market price.
