Delhi High Court Stays Penalty Against Nestle - (24 Feb 2020)

Delhi High Court has stayed the National Anti- Profiteering Authority’s order against Nestle, imposing a penalty of Rs 73 Crore for not passing on the benefit of a Goods and Service Tax Rate cut to consumers.
