NGT Raps Uttarakhand Govt. over Camping in Rishikesh, Seeks Reply - (06 Jan 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) while taking exception to flagrant violation of its order banning camping activities in entire belt of Kaudiyala to Rishikesh on banks of river Ganga in Uttarakhand, has directed Uttarakhand Govt. to file affidavit as to whether any camps were operating there.
