NCRDC: Exclusion of Song from Movie Which Was Included in Trailer Amounts to Unfair Trade Practice - (20 Feb 2020)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has held that inclusion of a song in the promo of the movie when it is not a part of the movie deceives viewers and amounts to unfair trade practice, under Section 2(1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
