Allahabad High Court Dismisses Challenge to Election of Central Minister Santosh Kumar Gangwar - (20 Feb 2020)

ELECTION

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a challenge to the election of Member of Parliament, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, reiterating the settled law that Statements made in an election Petition must be specific and backed by cogent evidence.
