NCLAT Decides to Close Umang Realtech Insolvency Resolution Process - (19 Feb 2020)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has decided to close the corporate insolvency resolution process against Umang Realtech if the company manages to complete the work by August, 2020.
