DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has allowed tax deduction to Royal Challengers Sports Pvt. Ltd. on its contribution of Rs. 15 Crores towards the development of Karnataka Cricket Academy.
