Supreme Court has held that the Short Message Service (SMS) for the purpose of the Har Seat Hot Seat (HSHS) contest in Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) being a value-added service does not adopt any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice or unfair trade practice.
