Gujarat High Court Rejects Bail Application of ISIS Ideologue - (18 Feb 2020)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has rejected the bail application of a person who was alleged to be advocating ISIS ideology through various social media platforms. The bail was sought under Section 43D of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
