Delhi HC: No Bar of Appointment of Advocates as Receivers under SARFAESI Act - (17 Feb 2020)

Delhi High Court has held that there is no bar on the appointment of advocates as receivers under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).
